Florida Tax Certificate API — Certificates, Sales & Parcels
Florida Tax Certs normalizes fragmented public county and vendor data into search, API, CSV, alerts, and parcel-linked investor workflows. Query 1,267,795 certificates by county, parcel, tax year, or status with structured JSON envelopes, cross-linked to 9.25 million Florida property parcels. Certificate-level coverage spans 42 of Florida's 67 counties and grows vendor-by-vendor; the official certificate-sale directory already covers all 67. Certificate holder and lands-available records are not yet available, and redemption tracking is in development.
